Joel M. Kimball
is the fella to the right (no, not the handsome, suave, debonair blue guy with the fancy yellow shoes - Joel's the goofy looking one with the umbrella). He is the Illustrator who conceived and created the award winning "Many Adventures of Drippy the Raindrop".

He has also created illustrations for other books, as well as for magazines and Web sites. Living in Washington State with his wife and children, Joelhas become well acquainted with rain.
