Please e-mail Joel and send me your business name, license number, business address and phone number. Once we receive this information, your account will be set up and you're ready to place your order. Just send in your first order using our mail order form, and include a check or money order for the total. If you'd rather order using a credit card, e-mail Joel with your order and we'll figure your total, plus shipping, and send you an invoice via PayPal to pay with Visa, Mastercard, AmEx or any of a number of other popular cards. Either way is simple and fast! Current wholesale rate is 50% of my retail price, giving you a 100% markup! First time Washington State buyers
